Custom Training “Flat Rate” Pricing
Custom courses listed in this catalog or on our website are typically charged a flat rate based on the cost of 15 participants.* For example, if the published cost of an HRD class is $139 per participant, the custom course could be brought to your location for $2085 (15 x $139).
This flat rate applies up to 25 participants,*see policy below for exceptions. Custom training can provide an opportunity for cost savings as compared to having the same number of individuals attend courses at HRD. Rates are available for groups larger than 25, please call HRD for details.

*This pricing is valid for FY2013, but is subject to change. For any courses that have substantial material costs, there could be a per-participant materials charge for additional participants over 15. Instructors have the right to limit the class size based on the training format or room constraints. This pricing does not apply to Foundations of Supervision, Quickstart for Supervisors, Take Charge of Your Career or any of our special events. Costs could be higher if substantial customization of the material is needed.
